All Personal Training clients are assessed for mobility and stability an exercises are prescribed to minimize any compensation patterns that could lead to discomfort and/or injury.
Private Training Sessions are structured around your individual need and goals. With planned, science based programs that progressed over time to keep your body responding.
These sessions are for small groups (Up to 4 individuals). Programming progress through all the elements of functional fitness in a logical way to deliver a well rounded fitness base and increased performance.
In order to maximize not only your results but also your health, we provide Personalized Nutrition Coaching and plans in person or online for your convenience. We have been partners with BodyComp Imaging to provide the standard in Body Composition scanning available in order to serve you better

In order to help those who do not live close to our facility we do make our services available online. Providing guidance in programming through video tutorials and weekly check-ins via our App to keep you on track and progressing. We have General programs for sale with optional customization where needed.
