Our commitment to service excellence and the added members’ benefits we offer, is unmatched in Vancouver’s Personal and Group Training industries.  We are dedicated to delivering results, preventing injury and having fun doing so.



We provide 9 additional Group Training Classes per month (worth $130 per month)  in order to provide you with additional workouts to speed up your results and give you more bang for your buck, as well as up to 2 DXA scans (worth $100 per scan) annually.  In this way we can monitor your progress and make informed recommendations about your training program.

Group Training Classes


At EJ all our Group Training Classes are taught by experienced Personal Trainers that never exceeds a ratio of 8 to 1.  In addition, our Group Training Classes are based on and represents our Personal Training Phases and by delivering these classes in this way we have succeeded in bringing Group Fitness Training closer to Personal Training.



Our One-on-One personal training sessions, just like all our other training services, always makes functional movement and injury prevention a priority. We design your program based on your goals, need and abilities and progress the workouts in a safe way to deliver and maintain the results you are after.



These are small group (up to 4) personal training session delivered in proven and refined training phases that address all elements of functional training, and provide progressive, safe and fun workouts that will get and keep you in shape and ready for anything life might throw your way. Groups are hand selected based on ability to train together.
